Feline Calendar
Feline will be selling its first-ever calendar in 2011. Each month will feature one of our rescued cats, together with its description, sponsor details and a calendar grid. The calendar will be in 'slimline' format. We are seeking sponsors for each month's entry - £50 buys an entry on one month's page, with your details prominently displayed on the front of the page (not the back, where it won't be seen). Sponsorship is open to businesses and individuals, and a number of our local vets have already agreed to be involved. For more details, please call Barbara on 01582 732347.

We have the opportunity to attend more fundraising days but unfortunately we are unable to, due to lack of volunteers. If you can help even for a day or two a year please contact us and offer your support.

Dear Feline Rescue Supporter,
Above are some of the fundraising dates organised for 2010. More will be added later.
All events will be tombolas, lucky dips, pocket-money toys and good bric-a-brac... unless you can come up with any new money-spinning ideas.
At the begining of an event help is needed to erect the gazebo, and sometimes help is needed to transport the goods to the site. If you can spend an hour or two on the day manning the stall it means others can have a cup of tea and a loo break. Even half an hour can make a difference.
Tombola prizes are always needed, and stuff for Carol for her wonderful car-boot sales, also knitting wool and knitters for our catnip toys.
Tin shakes are different - all we need is a little of your time and a smile for the public. If you can help at a tin shake please let us know a week before, if possible, so we can arrange time slots.
We have been rescuing cats and kittens now for many years but there are still a lot more needing help. No animal rescue gets help from the Lottery or the Government so we rely entirely on volunteers like you. We only ask that you help in any way you feel able, even if it is collecting an extra tin of cat food when shopping.
